Prices for rent:

• Weekly rent in low seaon: October to May: 275 €.
• Monthly rent - October to May: 550 € + electricity and water.
• Weekly rent in high season,:June, July, August and September: 350 € .

NB:In addition comes cleaning of house upon leave (compulsory) plus eventual cleaning of linen and towels.. There is a washing machine in the house
