This page presents two houses (bungalows/row houses) and one apartment all built in 2003. We bought our apartment because my Eva wanted all on one floor. This is no. 2. The row houses and the apartment no. 2, have two bed rooms. Normally 4 persons my sleep in each house and in no. 2. There are one extra bed in both of the row houses and in no.2.

The row houses no. 55 and 56 are wall to wall. No. 2 is 90 meter from the row houses in the same private street. The street is secured by gates.The row houses are basically identical (mirror image). The location is fine close to the pool (about 25 m) and to the beach (about 50 to 100 m, 400 m to the large Playa de La Mata). No 2. is at ground level with relatively large terraces in front and in back.The houses are south facing with sheltered front terraces. The location is Torrevieja north, on the outskirts of town towards La Mata. The area has many shops and restaurants in walking distance, good public transportation etc. In both houses there are:

• AC (heat/cool) in the living room and in both bedrooms
• International TV-channels
• Internet (WiFi)
• Separate tap for cleaned drinking water

Serving us in Torrevieja

The company Costa Blanca Service assist us in Spain. You will upon arrival be met, be handed keys and be shown the house. The company will clean the house after leaving.
If needed, they may be called.
